- A staff council on the side of the employees – without ifs and buts! We are only committed to the employees.
- Secure remuneration for working hours – with bonuses, including in the academic field.
- Service agreements that secure the future.
- A digitalisation package for the FU – working with us to solve the skills shortage.
- Management behaviour that actually corresponds to the FU’s guiding principles – bullying must have consequences.
